Religious Education is at the heart of our learning. It helps all children—whatever their faith background—grow in understanding, respect, and spiritual awareness, while deepening their own connection with God.

This year we are following Lighting the Path, which supports our mission to nurture children’s faith and values in a meaningful and inclusive way.

RE – Branch 1: Creation and Covenant

In Branch 1, we will explore the story of Noah and the Flood, focusing on God’s covenant with Noah and all living things. We will learn about the rainbow as a sign of God’s promise and think about themes of making good choices, forgiveness and caring for God’s creation. We will also learn about Baptism and how this special sacrament welcomes people into the Christian family and community. Through stories, discussion and reflection, we will consider how we can care for others and the world around us.
